PowToon is a fast growing Start-up and the market leading platform for short animated video clips and animated presentations .

PowToon’s Tel Aviv office is seeking a Product and Project manager to join our R&D team.

You will become part of a small internal group who define the product vision and manage the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with the COO, CTO, R&D and QA teams and various internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritize and communicate product scope and roadmap and to ensure features are developed, tested and deployed .

The role’s responsibilities include:

• Ensure weekly / bi-weekly releases are on schedule

• Improve development processes on an ongoing basis

• Work closely with marketing to provide insights into user behavior and provide solutions to address key pain points.

• Work in "start-up" mode in a challenging environment with tight timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience of project and product management of an online product withstrong focus on product planning and design.

• Strong Technical background. Ability to communicate with developers and approve software design. Proven experience in object oriented analysis and design, software development.

• Technical knowledge and experience with working in WEB/Internet/Online environment and systems.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner. Ability to work well under low supervision.

• Function well in a non-hierarchy environment. Willing to work hard and extra hours when required.

• English – High level of communication skills (read, write, speak).

• Highly motivated, creative, dynamic and strong team player.

• Proven experience in taking early stage products to the market - Advantage
